Anyone heard of Global Net / Corner Rock Ltd, based near Canary Wharf in London?

My oh has been looking for work for a few months and was very excited to be called to an interview at Global Net and then invited back the next day for "observation". On the 3rd day he was told he had the job - going door to door signing low income households up for new boilers / roof & cavity insulation, about £10 or £15 per sign up.

He leaves the house at 8.30am and comes home at 10pm (he's done 2 days there).

There's "motivational" chanting in the mornings and then they pound the streets for hours, travelling all across London, knocking on doors... he's been promised promotion in 5 weeks...

I've been reading alot about similar companies and I don't want him to go back, it sounds like madness!
