Job applications and Jobcentre

I have just print some Job applications of at library for my appointment tomorrow at Jobcentre.
Now what if my advisor tells me he needs to make copies of these job applications and also my Jobseeking notes:
I write all my Jobseeking/Jobs applied on Microsoft Office Word and I print them out at library (as I don't have a printer) as I don't use then Job seeker dairy now. anyway what if he says he needs to copy them, could I refuse if he asks? I got nothing to hide but just don't feel right for him to copy these, or he's he within he's rights to do so?
Any help on this would be great, thanks

Long as your MS Word diary has the advert reference number and your job application number it's easy to check whether you really applied for those jobs on those dates. Some people just re-use jobs they previously applied and think that will work.0
