Issue's with previous employer

Hi,
Hopefully this is posted in the correct section.
I am having several issue's with my past employer.
I worked at the company for 3 years and left in November due to the horrendous working conditions. Without explaining the whole thing i could have waited until i had been paid and walked, but i did the right thing and gave my notice and worked every day of it.
The problem i have is:
For Tax year 2012-2013 they did not give me a P60
I have not had a Pay slip since May 2012
They underpaid me on my last month for no reason by £250
My main issue is with the tax stuff. I contact HMRC who told me that for tax year 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 i have paid all my tax but they couldn't tell me about the current tax year.
I am a mechanic and as such can claim back the tax on my expenses which i did last year. This was incorporated into my tax code to give me a rebate of some £500 but my monthly pay has never increased....
This worries me because my tax code has been changed by HMRC but the employer seems to have not bothered altering it.
I have no record of what tax i have paid this year.
I have contacted the employer by written mail which was received weeks ago, i asked for the information to be provided like a p60 and payslips etc but i have had nothing.
Just looking for any suggestions on what to do next ?
