My employers have a conference soon and require us to double up on hotel rooms! I don't think this is reasonable as I don't work with the others on a day to day basis and therefore don't know them very well. I also snore very badly so would want to inflict that on anyone. making me supervise a weekend shift
My current employer have decided to make me work on a weekend supervising the whole factory on a 6 hour shift. When i started they didnt say i would have to do this and i dont want to do this. the weekend would be overtime working. what right do i have to say im not doing this. my job is a engineer.
