School Appraisal

I have worked in a Catholic High school for over 5 years, supposed to have yearly appraisal, but never had. However, we are all having one soon. I am a teaching assistant, not worried about the stuff that I will be asked. However, we have to give an idea and then make a display for our Learning Support Area. The two TAs who have already had appraisal have done Community cohesion, and the Easter story, because we are in lent now. The only two things I can think of are maybe anti- bullying or something on inclusion. Any good ideas anyone?
