No money for refund
Hi I bought an item via PayPal on EBay yesterday. Seller contacted me to say he can't post to my postcode. I said ok and issue refund. Got a message from Seller saying partner moved monies from PayPal account and cannot refund until someone else makes a purchase!! Is this normal as I have never had a reply like this before?

Strange, but annoying buyer..
Listed an item last week at £50 BIN/best offer.. Someone made offer of £45 but then retracted it. Then a few moments later they offered £48.. So I accepted it. Not heard off buyer, so have now opened unpaid case. Half tempted to relist it.

Agreed an offer price...Now no contact from buyer!!
I sold an item on Ebay via an offer on Saturday. Since then I have emailed the buyer twice about collecting and paying for the item. What is the procedure with ebay if someone doesn't respond and you want to relist? Do ebay still expect their fee even though it didn't sell? TBH it is worth about £70 more than they offered…

Amazon - passport id request?
Hi, I'm a individual not a business who has been selling on amazon for a couple of years. I've just had a request for my passport id number from amazon. I'm no overly comfortable with this.
