Listed an item last week at £50 BIN/best offer..

Someone made offer of £45 but then retracted it.

Then a few moments later they offered £48..

So I accepted it.

Not heard off buyer, so have now opened unpaid case.

Half tempted to relist it.

dont relist until the case is closed or the buyer pays

Nothing surprises me in the wonderful world of eBay.

Wait for the case to be closed & then relist, I would try it without the best offer option.

i would block the user anyway using http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin this will stop them bidding on anymore of your listings
