I been talking to the staff in our local PO and they have all been sent on a course to learn how to up-sell. The outcome is that from Tuesday they have to try and sell you other things, mobile phone top-ups, life insurance, broadband etc and to IGNORE THE QUEUES!

Can I Say I Might Upgrade An Item?

Does anyone else find it annoying that sellers seem to wait until you, the buyer, completes feedback before bothering to give their feedback. As a buyer, once you have paid your end of the deal is done. So all they seem to be doing is waiting to see that you give positive feedback first!! :mad:
