Ebayer sends me items NOT as described in his listing

Ordered some blank DVDs - a certain specification & speed. Could have bought higher spec & speed DVDs for cheaper, but they arent compatable in my DVD Recorder.
The DVDs that were sent to me were the newer, faster, higher spec ones.
I didnt order those - but they were sent.
Ive contacted the seller who says 'They should be OK - test them' I dont want to open or test them because I KNOW THEY DONT WORK - I should know whats compatable or not - Ive been using them for 5 years, and only 1 brand/ speed works.
They cost me £7.00 (free p&p)
I want to send them back and either get the items that was listed - ALL my money back & I dont see why I should bear he cost of any p&p to send them back.
What are my options / rights?
Thanks all

Confirm with the seller that they are incompatible - you do not need to open them if you already know from past experience.
If the seller is genuine and helpful, which you wont know until the next communication, they may well refund your return postage or given the low value of the sale even a full refund without having to return them.
If the repsonse is unhelpful, then a paypal dispute for SNAD can be opened, but you will have to pay the return postage yourself in order to gain a full refund of what you originally paid.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
