i sold a top on ebay, as i was packing it i noticed a mark on it, looks like it will come out in the wash so i contacted the buyer and explained the prob and said im washing it again to get the mark off. to me it looks like a dust mark. what happens if it dont come off? do i immediately refund? or offer the garment anyway…
