I suppose so. I actually saw the details on an ebay listing the other day so here goes. I can't say they are genuine numbers as I have never phoned them myself.

OR 020 8605 3111 It is the one dedicated to Powersellers. but there is still someone who will answer the phone you can talk to. You can circumvent the need for an access code by telling the operator that you are not near a computer at the moment.

Many thanks managed to contact them and things should be sorted in a few days. Huge problem is that theywontlet me access ANY info so I cant get the address for people who have bought things to post them.!!
Working around it as most were paypal payments so the payments have email address.
At least the ebay number is out so might be off use to others
