I recently sold a item on ebay. 7 days after the end of the auction the winning bidder had not paid - despite numerous emails and invoices.
I filed a NPB dispute last wednesday, how long should this take to be resolved?

Gives them a week to respond, but sometimes takes longer, go into your eBay and look where the dispute is, sometimes you have to click the 'tick' to get the Final Value Fees refunded.2p off is still 2p off!0

Thanks for that.
I've checked the dispute console and its showing that I'm eligible to get my fees back.
Is this process automatic. Its the first time I've had to do anything on ebay like thisFat and proud lol0 -
No, it's not, you need to click on the 'tick' or link (can't quite remember) to get the fees refunded, maybe check in your seller account once done as it will show there once it has, think you also get to relist for free - might be wrong on that though.2p off is still 2p off!0
