Extending length of auction
Hi, I have items on 3 day auction and if they are not bid on by then can I extend to a 5 or 7 day auction before the items end. Are there any time limit restrictions, do I need to do this at least 12 hours before the auction ends. Tried reading rules on Ebay but? Thanks Flo

Most Useless Online Auction Site?
Following a link from a closed eBay KitKat auction led me to the spectacular http://www.winbidz.com/. Not only are ALL the categories bereft of items for sale, Clothing and Accessories has a total of -1! :rotfl: Looking at the site's DNS info gives some concerns over spyware.

How to create automatic messages for customers?
I was wondering whether it is possible to create automatic email message rensponse to ebay customers who have already paid. I have an hotmail account but I assume this cannot be done. Can I do this with outlook express? It’ll be great if there is a website that can show you how.

Telling someone item is overpriced?
I was in M&S today and saw a jigsaw puzzle 78 piece for £3 ... these are being bid in excess of £10 on Ebay ... should I tell the bidders that they are paying over the odds? It upsets me when people have to spend more than necessary, especially when it's something for a child. What do people think?

Hi I have 3 items listed on ebay - a buyer has emailed me asking for a BIN price. Theyare listed as auction items. However,, tehy have offered me a very generous price for all 3 - can I change them to BIN ? Or should I tell them to bid and then end the auction? Thanks
