Can I charge for Paypal
I have some items on ebay as i type but have just received an email from an ebay member saying that I am not allowed to charge for acceptin paypal as payment. I charge 5% on paypal and have done for ages but she says she will report me for this. Who's right? I can't find anything on ebay stating that it is not allowed
