Hello...long long long time since ive posted on here!

Just browsing on ebay and looking at things for weight loss
Don't want to resort to pills etc.. thats not my thing!
However ive noticed something called Pu-Erh tea, has anyone used this
or would recommend buying to give it a go??

I think this is basically a duretic (sp?) twinnings tea does exactly the same for me. Although i could be wrong.

Don't believe all that about victoris beckham, a couple of weeks ago her 'amazing' weight loss was down to eating seafood.

A doctor can prescribe something like this. My friend used to take it and she was as slim as a pencil.

The only way to lose weight permenantly is to eat less, exercise more, or both.

All diets that promise unfeasible weight loss over a very short period are either lying, or relying on carbohydrate buffer depletion or diuretic effect where you just dehydrate whilst on the diet.

In all cases you'll end up back where you started after a couple of weeks (or heavier because you gorged after finishing an unhealthy diet).

Have a read up on Green Tea. It is suppost to help weight loss by increasing your metabolism. 79p for 20 teabags in Morrisons.

I would recommend Pu-Erh, it is probably one of the safest and healthiest ways to help lose weight but it is good for many things such as lowering cholesterol and overall general health. ebay is a good place to get it, i would suggest getting a chinese brand as these are the real article with lots of anti-oxidants.
although tea bags are great for convenience work, home etc.. also take a look at loose leaf, apparently it keeps more of its anti-oxidants and is even better for you than the tea bags.

I've just started taking apple cider vingear supplements.
When used in conjuction with a balanced diet and exercise they are suppose to be great.
I saw my cousin a few weeks ago and she had lost a good two stones through taking them.

I lost 2 stone by drinking green tea and eating less. The important thing was eating less. There are always fads of how best to lose weight, F-plan, Slim Fast, cabbage soup etc but the only way is to eat less. Green teas will have an anti oxidant effect and you will feel better for it.
