finiishing with ebay

i've already seen a post on this subject before but i can't find it anywhere so i will ask anyway does anyone know how to close an ebay account i can't seem to find anything on the ebay site map any help would be great

Thanks for the message Razorbladekisses! I've been buying and selling for ages now without a problem, but over the past month I've had one person win and not pay, and then the same person re-registered and won two other items (but I caught them out).

I've sold a bundle of my little girl's clothes (about 30 items of next etc) for £1.80!!!! The buyer emailed straight away to say that she'd pay in 10 days!

Oooh! I'm not fed up am I?

I'm quite upset though - I mostly sell my kids outgrown clothes so I can buy them more of the next size. Not going to get much for £1.80 am I?

Sorry to hear that you're having such a bad time with eBay at the moment. Perhaps a break from eBay is what you need. Hopefully the stupid eBayers will disappear and when you start to sell again you'll have pleasant buyers

It does no harm to just not touch your account, better than closing it for good?

About 3-4 years ago I actually took a break from ebay but kept my account open as I had a fair bit of feedback. When I had time and the inclination to start up again I felt quite refreshed and felt better for my absence.

I've been thinking about this overnight, and decided not to close the account just in case I feel the need to sell again.

I will try to have a while off from it - but it's gonna be tough!!
