medical court case
Has anyone had an experience with sueing a doctor? My diagnosis was denied and I am having a prospect of living with permanent damages because of delay caused by the negligence. Do I need to submit my complaint to PAL first or do I just contact a solicitor? I appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction.
