Reapplying for DLA
If a claim is turned down.. can you reapply whilst an appeal is ongoing? (i thought i read somewhere that you can?) or is there a time limit in place for reapplying - ie is it 3 months from original decision or from original date of claim? or maybe there isnt a time limit at all ?
