CCJ recorded in the Register of CCJs
Hi all experts here!:) I've tried to find the information online but still I'm not sure. If you have a CCJ and not pay it within one month, you land in the Register for 6 years. Is this process automatic or needs the creditor apply for it? Which website check normally banks? www. trustonline.co.uk? Thanks in advance:)
