Hi all experts here!:)
I've tried to find the information online but still I'm not sure. If you have a CCJ and not pay it within one month, you land in the Register for 6 years. Is this process automatic or needs the creditor apply for it?
Which website check normally banks? www. trustonline.co.uk?
Thanks in advance:)

The courts record the judgment on the register as a matter of course.
Do you mean what site to banks check for CCJs on? They could check trust online, but once on the register CCJs should (after a short delay) also show up in the public information section on your normal credit reports.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks Fermi for your answer!!!:T I thought exactly like you answered that it should be done automatically. I checked trustonline website and there is no entry and I can't believe that banks get different information from me if I go to the website.0
