CCA request - signature
Hi All, Sorry this is such a basic question but I'm a little confused. Does anyone know what happens to PPI when an account is included in a Debt Management Plan? I'm currently on a DMP through CCCS and have noticed that although one of my creditors has agreed to the DMP and has suspended interest, pending a review in a year's time, is still charging PPI at about £29 per month. Is it up to me…

I'm currently 3 months into a Trust Deed and have been told that work might have some overtime coming up soon :j My question is this, I know they take part of any extra income earned but does that reduce the term of the Trust Deed or does it just mean that creditors get a bit more money and the length of the TD is still…
