helloall.
I have started my DMP with CCCS, and so far so good, early days but time will tell im sure.
I have had letters from my creditors thanking me for my recent letters to them regarding my situation and my DMP status.
They go on to ask me to supply them with a financial breakdown of incomings and outgoings, and then the names of my other creditors and balances.
Im sure that I have read somewhere, that i am not obliged to disclose any of this information to any of them, as my case is now being handled by CCCS.
Is this right? Hope someone can shed more light on this for me.
Regards.

you are correct you do not have tosend them any of that information. i would personally write a polite letter back to them saying something along the lines of thank you for your query however my DMP is being organised by the CCCS with reference number xxxx and i kindly request that you direct any further questions through them.
this is because the CCCS should have sent all the nessesary information that your creditors would normally require as evidence that the DMP is being fair to all of your creditors so they should not require this again from your self.
however it might be worth contacting the CCCS just to make sure this has been done before you send your letterDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -
Thank you for the quick and helpful reply.
I have also had this confirmed by CCCS.0
