PPI and DMP

Does anyone know what happens to PPI when an account is included in a Debt Management Plan? I'm currently on a DMP through CCCS and have noticed that although one of my creditors has agreed to the DMP and has suspended interest, pending a review in a year's time, is still charging PPI at about £29 per month. Is it up to me to cancel this? I have another account with the same creditor and they cancelled PPI on that account when my DMP was set up.

Many thanks!

    Hi

Yes I would definatley cancel it, I got Barclaycard to cancel mine after numerous attempts and had all of my premiums refunded, leaving me with a much smaller balance. This only happened because I had sent them numerous letters in the past requesting cancellation but they were all ignored.
