Statutory Demand
Hi, Just wondering if a statutory demand can be included in a DMP? The demand was served in August 2007 for nearly 8k and is being paid back at £50.00 a month, which will take YEARS!! Struggling with the £50.00 a month and thinking of looking into a DMP for other debts, can this one be included too?

However I…
