Not enough money 2 live off, so def no money for creditors

Just after some advice please.

Most of you will know that my OH is unemployed and that is the reason for our money problems. This mth (22nd April - 22nd May this is a mth for us as its when i am paid) my wage didn't even cover the bills, we were £70 short and have had to have money off my OH's parents to pay the remaining bills + money for food shopping/petrol.

My query is should i pay token payments to payplan? We have been for the past 2 mths, but this mth, just couldn't afford it. My way of thinking is its more a priority to pay the bills and not get behind with them and have food in the house rather than paying off debts. We cannot do anything this mth, not even just 1 drink each at the pub, no hair cuts or clothes etc, its just been bills paid, petrol and food shop.

Payplan have asked for the token payments you see and i've replied back letting them know how desperate the situation has been, but i do not know how they will react.

I felt sick trying to find a way to make this mth work without the hassle of paying payplan, so what do i do?
