Unfortunatley am in deep sh*t with these delightful creatures.
Have signed a levy, couldnt afford to keep up the payments they wanted so they are now attending to remove goods.
What I want to know is can they only take the goods listed or are they allowed to root about and take what they fancy?

I am no expert but have previously been close to your situation
I was advised that they can seize goods that belong to you in order to reclaim the debt
I know this isn't probably what you wanted to hear but they can only take items you own.
Is there anyway they are willing to negotiate0 -
So they can take anything out of the house not just what is on the levy form???0
