ccj default impact

hi thanks to everyone who read but a bigger thanks to those who answer this question!

ok i pulled my credit report yesterday for the first time (my wife died late 2004 and i gained a ccj and 2 defaults)
i phoned the court straight away found out it was from dvla so i rang and paid straight away so i am waiting for the proof of payment to come so i can mark it satisfied with the cra's i intend to pay the two defaults this month also british gas £112 and £186!
what i want to know is that once my ccj shows satisfied and my two defaults are paid and show satisfied what impact will it have on my credit score/rating/descisions:confused:

again thanks for answering this question

    Hi,
Your CCJ with have a start date on it , and when you have paid...

In FULL this (I think) will show on your credit file, as its been satisfied in FULL! Date will be included.

If you pay a agreed sum (e.g 75% of the outstanding balance)
It will show satisfied but not paid in full. Date included too.

So if you payback 100% (better) creditiors can see this, if you pay back only a % they can see this as well.

But it will stay on your credit file for 6 years, regardless if you pay in full or not.

No, it remains 6 years from the start date, then 'falls off'
