Hi, I am on a DMP with CCCS and have just made the first payment to them. MBNA are getting snotty and saying they are going to pass over to DCA as I am in arrears and they claim have made no contact with them, so should I ask for CCA, infact shall I ask all my crediters for the CCA? Or can I not do that as I am with CCCS.

Why do CCs insist on communicating by phone not letter?
I am currently in discussions with several credit cards regarding arrears and everytime I send a letter they refuse to answer by mail and insist I call them. Why do they do this and are they allowed to do this? Is it approved of by trading standards and the FSA?
