Northern Rock Nationalisation

Just a query with regards their nationalisation, I have been suffering phone calls, letters and now postcards advising me that a representative will be visiting my home to see me (basically implying baliffs). Now the Government are running NR will they continue with this harrassment that I know others have been subjected to? I know that they just want to secure their unsecured loans but just get on and do it rather than threaten people with implications of actions they can't take, the constant phonecalls that I had received both at home and at work were very upsetting.

My husband's Charging Order has gone through, and we are continuing to make payments in the usual way, presumably NRock will continue to exist and our payments should still go to the same place - any ideas?

My loan is about to be taking a similar route, I have had the letter of default and the threat of litigation (alongside the representative calling at my house), lets hope that will be an end to it...

Not an expert in this field by any means but I believe the bank will continue to run as it used to and the government wont be getting involved in matters. So i am guessing nothing will change in regards to your arrangement with NR
