claiming whilst in a debt recovery programme
Hi folks im currently in a debt recovery programme, i was wondering if i could claim back the insurance i took out on my loan with the HSBC ? I owe £19000 with them, but £3000 is the insurance i took out to protect the loan against redundancy etc, do i stand a chance of recouping some of that back to reduce what i owe?…
