Letters arrive saying you are in arrears etc etc. They issue a default notice and / or a debt collection agency contacts you etc etc. But my question is this "what happens next....." Will they seek court action?…

Any tips for saving money on home improvements folks?
I've decided to move on - I'm not in love with my home the way I was, and I have a lot of equity available.
