Bailiffs taking computers
On nearly all of the Beat the Bailiff programmes the bailiff seized the personal computer. Surely a PC with all your personal info on it can't be sent to public auction for a complete stranger to get their hands on? Anybody any ideas on this one?

Loan payment holiday
Ok, need some suggestions on this one..... Have just changed our loan from HSBC to a flexible one with Egg. Because of the change in interest rate and taking the loan over a shorter period and having a few extra quid a month to chuck at it, we've managed to knock 14 months off this loan......which is a fantastic saving.…

Bailiffs Conduct - Making a complaint
I have had a Bailiff at my door today, who turned up at the same time as my twelve year old son. I was out at the time. He also left a 'Notification of Attendance to Remove Goods' Which had no…

Adding items to credit records
Hello, I have a BT phone line and I'm always up to date with my bills for it, my rent is always paid in full, on time, but this isn't reflected in my credit reports. Nor are the regular payments towards my IPA recorded. I'm sure that a record showing that I make the payments on time and in full, would help my credit…

Where can I find CCJs against me
Hello, I recently applied to have my cashcard current account upgraded to a full current account (primarily for the luxury of having a cheque book). The bank refused my initial application after doing a credit cheque, and then refused my appeal. The advisor who dealt with my application told me, unofficially, it was…
