Unfair CCJ
Firstly some background: I was sued for the price paid for a car I sold to a gentleman, It turns out the car was clocked and false service history was given (I did not know of this as the car was sold to me in this way). I received the claim form, I sent in my acknowledgement of service, expecting to hear from the court…

On the Electorl Roll
Hi, I've never signed any forums for the electoral roll. Without getting in to a debate about the rights and wrongs of it (tin foil hat etc :A ), I got a polling card through the post yesterday. I don't understand how this can have happened as I have never given any details to the council. They used my given name rather…

Leasing a car for business; bad credit history
Hi guys, I am still waiting for a 4.5 year old default to fall off my credit account. My business account however is clean, with no debts and only profit. CCJ reissue confusion

8-10 weeks to update files?
I've been working towards getting debt free for some time now, and doing reasonably well. As I've paid off debts (even those I haven't been chased for), generally creditors update files within about a month - until now. Those I've paid off in the last two months are quoting "8 to 10 weeks" almost uniformly to update credit…

Can anyone help?
Hi, I could have posted this in a number of forums, but since my credit report is my main worry, I'll try here first. She knows she owes this money but continues to bury her…
