Rogue British Gas Account

Hi, I'm new to this forum so give me a chance.
On my credit file a 2 year old account with British Gas appears as unsatisfied. This is for an old residence.
When i contact British Gas they can find no trace of the account.
How can i get this removed from my credit file??

Complain to them, in writing, stating that you have no idea what this default is for and insist they remove it.
They probably sold the account on to a DCA.:beer:0
