Barclaycard money transfers
I have just checked online and normally only get a promotional offer of 1.9 percent for 9 months on money transfers. However they are now offering 2.4 percent until August 2016. Compared to MBNA of a fee of 3.5 percent this is very competitive. Justs get better.
