in Credit cards
I'm £23 in credit on my clarity card after getting a refund on an excursion we never made while in Mexico. Is this ok? and If I make another purchase/ withdrawal is that £23 mine... I'm a bit confused.

It is OK. You can leave it or spend or withdraw £20, possibly even £23 over a counter.0

cool thanks for that!0

You can use that credit in two ways:
1. Purchase something and have that credit be used to offset it (recommended)
2. Ask the bank to credit it to your account
Generally you'd do number 2 above, when youve got a big amount credited, for £23 its not really worth it. So just keep it in there, and next months credit card bill will be £23 lower...0 -
I will probably buy something or have it credited to my current account as I only intended to use it while on holiday and I don't think I'll be going again for another 9 months or so.0

Buy something for more than £23 that you would have bought anyway.
Then clear the statement balance fully.
Much simpler than getting a call centre to act?0
