Halifax Clarity Balance Transfer

Hi all,
Apologies I'm new to the credit card world. After reading the advice on MSE I recently started using a Halifax Clarity Credit Card whilst abroad.
My query is regarding transferring a balance from another (debit) card to pay off my 'debt'. When I click 'balance transfer' on the online banking page I get two options:
Annual rate (p.a.) Term (in months) Fee Offer code
12.9% 6 0% BT068
25.9% 3 0% BT260
I'm entirely unsure which of these to pick, so any help deciphering what this means (and why the percentages/months are different) would be appreciated! Basically, if I pay off my balance using my debit card will I be charged interest?
One quick final query: If I chose to pay my balance in full at the end of the month, does this mean I am not charged interest for my purchases abroad? (I did not make cash withdrawals).
Thanks!

If it is 'debt', not debt, why do you want to transfer it and pay 13%/26% interest on it from the day 1?
My understanding is that that the fee is £0, but the transferred balance isn't 0%.
Re the final query, for all CCs with extremely rare exceptions the interest on all purchases, in UK and abroad, is waived if the balance is paid in full before the due date. Unlike Clarity, most cards charge currency conversion fee for purchases abroad.0 -

I think you are misunderstanding balance transfers. A BT is not the normal method of paying your monthly credit card statement. It's a method of transferring debt from an expensive credit card to a cheaper one.
Do not use either of those balance transfer offers!
A balance transfer will increase the debt on your Clarity card by transferring debt from another credit card. You can't transfer a balance to or from a debit card.
All you need to do is pay off your statement balance. If you pay off your balance by the due date you will pay no interest.
