Can anyone please tell me how to obtain a cpp claim form as i have looked on the internet and it say you have to go through a CPP CLAIM COMPANY who takes 25% if you receive any money back i have sent some claim forms off and received some claims successfully.

I understand that I can possibly get a full refund under a section 75 ruling if the item is faulty but if I moved the balance from the card to another card , can I still claim the section 75 on the card I purchased the item on even as I had cleared the balance to a 0% card ?? Thanks Clive
