had my card since 15th of may and no sign of a statement yet..should i have had one by now? its not leaving much time to sort out a debit card payment

Are you registered for online servicing?
Do they have your mobile number and did you accept text alerts?
Debit Card payments register on your statement, on the 2nd working day after payment.
Ring them to clarify on 0800 781 6314, same location as the number on your card but FREEI have numerous qualifications in Business and Finance, Accountancy, Health and Safety and am now studying Law.

ok just called that number and it said the ammount i have available is£110 (500 limit) and the minimum ammount due is zero as of 15th april?? but i got my card 15th of may?0
