When I try to log into my Intelligent Finance Credit card, I get past user name and password and security question, then I get the message 'Due to an unexpected error, we are unable to service your account online at this time. With drawing cash on a credit card.
I went into Wilkinsons today and paid for my items and at the same time the assistant asked if I wanted cash back. I explained this was a credit card but she explained they will allow me to withdraw cash on the card. I have never withdrawn cash on credit cards but was just surprised being offered the option.
