credit card settlement payment
My bank had put on a interest free protection plan for my credit card as i couldn't afford the normal payments. They have today advised me i can make them a one off payment that would settle the card in full (£4000). Has anyone been offered this? if so what offer would the bank realistically accept on £4000?

When looking at the cards on this site I am wondering if this would be right. If your average spend is £5-6k a year the HBOS clarity card (having the reward account as well) would give you a combined cashback of £120 surly on the above spend this beats every other cashback card?
