The Nations Credit Card - must I pay? (I was never an authorised cardholder!)
Am I alone in thinking that every time I have seen G Osborne on the box lately, he has been on about paying off "the Nations Credit Card"? If I am to understand him correctly he is suggesting that I need to contribute but I have never been an authorised cardholder and I don't remember signing any credit agreement. Worse…

Best way to use my card
I have no problem with my credit card, balance is paid off by DD every month. But is it bad or worse for my credit history to use more of my credit? I have a 4.5k limit and usually don't spend more than 500 a month but went to 2.2k over Xmas, is that terribly naughty?

But i need some furniture for my son's bedroom and i've found a set on argos. Search/account on credit report - card with no search?
I've recently applied for and received a Nat West credit card (I also bank with them). The account itself hasn't appeared on my credit report yet, which is presumably because it's new. Interestingly though, no search has appeared on my report either. Do these normally appear straight away? Is it possible that I've been…
