in Credit cards
Hi there,
I was made bankrupt in may 2005, This will come off my file in may, I have a vanquis which was opened in january 2010, Littlewoods that was opened in the may 2010. I have been running these accounts perfectly but wondered if its worth applying for any other credit cards or to leave it till the bankruptcy falls off? Im trying to build my credit history now.
Thanks
Janette xx

I would suggest waiting until May as your Littlewoods account is still "new"(i.e. under a year old).
You could probably get a capital one progress card now but I'd wait until may and then apply for a Barclaycard Gold which should go through fine if you've paid your catalogue and vanquis on time all the time and don't have any new accounts.
Good luck! And well done:beer:
Remember to check your Experian and Equifax files before applying to ensure the BR order and associated Defaults / CCJs have actually goneCashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48
