Barclaycard BT Help

So I applied for the BT Barclaycard, got accepted etc. One BT went through fine, one has not, although both are showing on the account. I rang Barclaycard after the 8 working days and it hadn't hit the account, they originally said it was fine, then she changed her mind and said there has been an internal error. So she reprocessed the payment. It still hasn't gone through. The payment is being made to the wonderful Santander.

Any advice? I've confirmed with Barclays that they have the right card number, so it's not that. They seem to be as clueless as Santander when I ring though and I'm getting majorly fed up as I'm about to need to make another Santander payment!

If it hasn't hit by Friday I'm going to ring again and see what is going on. Ideally I want to request they CHAPs it to Santander, as it seems to be Barclays fault.
