I've just paid off my Virgin credit card and closed the account. My regular DD payment of £25 had just gone into it so they've refunded it . Now had statement through saying I owe eight quid odd in interest. Fair enough. But why not take that off the £25 that was lying there and refund the difference? :mad:

Just to let people know that Barclaycard have an 'identified error' on there IT systems that duplicates balance transfers. My account was showing as over limit because of this, when I rang the customer services they just manually amended my online account to the correct amount.

I have sent in error a payment to my now closed Amore cc for £60.00 and was done through my internet banking. As the account has been closed for a year will the payment bounce back to my bank account or should I contact the cc provider. The payment left my account on the 14 September.
