Application for Egg Money Card - Useless People!

Hi,

I recently applied for an Egg Money card online - before I got to the end of the process it kicked me out saying there was an error. I tried to do it again and it told me to be patient since I had already applied.

Upon contacting customer service they told me there was a known problem with the online application giving out credit agreements but my application had been accepted and they gave me my credit limit.

Two weeks later they are still trying to tell me that "the system says the credit agreement has been issued and it should work". I am unable to get any sense out of someone who can help!

Has anyone else had a problem applying for an Egg card recently? They have been utterly useless for me so far!
