0% purchase - which one to get now - HELP

I have had 2 credit cards (Halifax and MBNA both used for their % purchase offers) over the past 18 months. I closed MBNA April this year and closed Halifax this month. I have just been refused by Barclayclard (I am not sure why - maybe I applied too soon after closing the previous ones?) Of the other 0% purchase cards on the market at present which ones can I apply for? Any help appreciated.

You can apply for any; but if you get them depends on a few things:

Your income
How much available credit you have already
Have much of this credit you are already using

Apologies for the vague question. I earn 31500 p/a and have a mortgage of 950 p/m. I have no other loans or debts. I do not know why Barclaycard cancelled my application, I am awaiting a letter from them which hopefully will explain. I am now a bit nervous of applying for another one in case they also refuse me and it affects my credit rating? Thank you for your help.
