Is there such a credit card company that will accept people who have been bankrupt, I was discharged over 4 years ago I know it stays on my file for 6 years just wanted to find out if there was anywhere worth applying I know its a long shot just really want to start building my credit file. trying to help a friend who has lost money to dodgy company. Is he (a partnership) covered by section 75 if the other trader is clearly in breach of contract for failure to supply, reasonable time etc. or are all consumer credit act 1974 wiped away with business credit cards? Thanks.
