BT from Amex cards
I am struggling to get a transfer from my Amex account to a 0% Mint. The problem I'm told is that Amex cards only have 15 digit account numbers where the industry standard is 16. Natwest and Mint have told me that they can't do anything about it and Amex say it's not down to their system. Anybody had a similar problem ?
