Card limits and bank can make up it mind

My bank is nuts. I have Credit card with limit of £3000 and ask them over the web site to increase it to £3200. My bank said no, as I don't have high enough income. I thought nothing of it then today I get letter telling me that I have been giving new limit of £10000.

Go figger.

Started with an £3,000 limit
Ask for limit to increased to £3,200. Bank says no.
Few days latter they increases my card to limit £10,000. Checked the web site and it there.

I agree it is silly the way banks do things, especially when almost everything is decided by a computer.
